About Cedriq
Cedric Dambala Maua was born on the 16th of April 1983 in Nairobi to literature and English lecturer Maua Dambala Obed and Swahili teacher Eileen ingolo Dindi. He is the 2nd born in a family of 4 boys and 1 elder sister. With virtually no musical background, cedriq’s musical journey started in the year 2000 when he and friends formed a hip hop group called sapiens. Sapiens never recorded any music and he moved on in early 2001 to Kelele records
