Surrounded by his musical family, it was no wonder he started to discover his musical abilities from a very young age. After winning many local talent shows in his homeland, a classmate signed him up for the National TV Show in the Netherlands "Popstars", where he proceeded through many rounds, and got to the final 15 out of 11.000 contestants.
