Carson Metzger has been accused of being the same as everyone else. And it shows in his songwriting. A typical singer-songwriter who thinks, typically, that his sound is original, Carson cut his alt-folk baby teeth playing in such luminous alternative/indie bands as Boodgand (Houston, TX) and Bellacircus (Boston, MA). His drab style and deepening crow's feet have most recently been sited in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He once fell off a balcony trying to fit into a tight pair of indie spectacles so he dropped the hipness for alt-folk humdrum.
