About Carlos Russell
Carlos Russell is a south american drummer, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1971. He started as a drummer in the 1980s with the Buenos Aires rock combo Koch & Bacilos. During the 1990s he played on several bands in the indie scene of Buenos Aires- Morfi y Vinacho (garage rock), La Menor (blues rock) and 8 Manijas (hard rock). In 2000 he played with the eclectic band Mumbo Jumbo. In 2002 he moved to London, UK, where he studied drumming at the now mythical Institute for Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) during 2006 & 2007.
