Carl Christoph Hachmeister (* 1710 in Engelbostel ; † 1777 in Hamburg) was a German organist. Little is known about Hachmeister's life. On October 18, 1748 he was elected organist of the Hamburg Heilig-Geist-Kirche. In the 1750s he published a widely acclaimed piano exercise, a minuet of 50 variations. He was the uncle of Augustus Frederick Christopher Kollmann .
