Like so many other little girls, Carie Vejvoda started out singing into a hairbrush and dancing around her bedroom. But at age 7, she was already writing her own songs, making up dances, and teaching her little routines to the neighbor kids to put on shows. Growing up in Omaha, NE, Carie was drawn to music, fashion, beauty, and fitness. At age 18, she was already a cosmetologist, still singing cover songs, and writing music on the side.
