About Captain Sparky
Captain Sparky is a three piece folk punk band based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and is self described as "If screamo met folk punk and hopped a train. Drunk." Formed originally in late 2012 as a project between the vocalist, Julie Nix, and guitarist/vocalist Rodeo - the band toured alongside artists Cud Eastbound and Beyon Champagne on an eight week United States tour. During the tour, the band was joined by Violin player Devon, and took on the name Captain Sparky.
