Candyheads were one of those bands who should have gone somewhere but never really did. Despite a strong live following and widespread airplay, poor management and frustration resulted in the band splitting after just one single (Falling Down backed with With Me and (CD only) a cover of Mr Blue Sky by ELO - on Libellous Media) and one album (Go Forth and Multiply - on Track Records). Sounding like a heady mix of Shed Seven, the Sixty Foot Dolls and Queen, their radio friendly sound and emotive lyrics appealed to young and old.
