About Brother Speed
Brother Speed is a new musical collaboration formed by former Underlights members Darius and Tom. Named after an American outlaw motorcycle gang formed in Idaho in 1969, the tracks from this new project are inspired by music on both sides of the Atlantic. Part Mersey Beat, part Summer of Love, part Madchester – from the raw fuzz and catchy vocal harmonies of the 1960s to the dance infused neo-psychedelia of the 1990s. Brother Speed was born from the solid neo-psych grounding already established in Underlights.
