About Bro. Stephen
Bro. Stephen is the brainchild of Scott Kirkpatrick (frontman for Louisville, KY indie-rock band Chemic). Originally conceived on a cold December night, he wanted to craft meaningful harmony-laden songs that captured moments and specific feelings rather than songs with sweeping generalizations or simple love tunes. That first night, he crafted 6 songs within a few short hours and has continued writing song after song preparing to record Bro. Stephen's debut record in an old barn in Northern Indiana at somebody's grandfather's farm.
