About Breakwater II
Breakwater II is the creation of Chris Papadopoulos, a 2nd year medical student at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He grew up in Mattituck, a small town on the North Fork of Long Island (The band name Breakwater II is actually inspired by the name of a rocky/seaweedy beach where Chris spent his summers). Chris’ influences include The National, The Strokes, Band of Horses, Wolf Parade, and Pink Floyd. The songs on "And it Goes" were written between 2008-2009, during Chris' first year of medical school.
