About Brave Season
Brave Season is an indie rock band out of Marysville, CA. They recorded their debut EP "Foreigners" with Dryw Owens (From Indian Lakes, Consider The Thief) November of 2011. The sound of "Foreigners" can be described as a mix of the punk rhythms of bands like Relient K and Paramore with the indie melodicism of The Killers and Circa Survive. "This record definitely has a message" says vocalist Elmer Martinez, "It's loosely based on the story of the prodigal son in The Bible with bits of my own relationship with God.
