About Brainlego
Brainlego is a collaboration between kRkRkRk recordings founders Peter Wright and J-mz Robinson that arose from the ashes of previous band TMA-1 towards the end of 1994. Taking their name from a Einsturzende Neubauten song title, the initial incarnation of the project was as a tongue-in-cheek punk-pop covers outfit. After a cassette release (kRk028) in January 1995, and occasional gigs between 1995 and 1997, Brainlego went into extended hibernation for several years.
