About Bovist
A black metal project founded in the closing months of 2014 by R. (Melancholie, Tòr, Wandelaars, Descandante), T. (Ancient Morass, Tòr, Glacial Mausoleum, The Noxious Ethic) and B. (Hidden Dagger, Folteraar, Pillar Tombs of Aku, Wroth) in a rehearsal room in Utrecht, the Netherlands. The goal was to create truly immersive, claustrophobic black metal free of musical restraints. That night the first 40-minute long demo was conceived, which will be released on cassette in the spring/early summer of 2015.
