Bonze Anne Rose Blayk (formerly known as "Kevin Eric Saunders"), who uses the name "bonze blayk" as her artist's name in current projects, was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 1, 1956… precisely four years after her older brother, Metal Mike Saunders. Bonze Anne was a co-founder of the Angry Samoans and was the lead guitarist of the band in 1978-1979, performing on Live at Rhino Records and tracks included on the 1987 re-release of Inside My Brain, as well as on The Unboxed Set.
