Yungdrung Bön, meaning ‘Eternal Light’ or ‘Enlightened Teaching’, is the original and authentic spiritual tradition of Tibet. It is based on the principle of practising unconditional love and compassion towards all and is Thegpa Chenpo or Mahayana in its approach.
