About Bobbie Peru
Bobbie Peru was created in Manchester (UK) January 2006. The American lead singer/guitarist Bert Genovese relocated from Atlanta, Georgia to continue his musical career with Storm Records. Bert was a recording artist with Atlanta based band Adom who were signed to Storm. The band split after the release of their debut album. Bert (Lead Vocal/Guitarist) released an EP of solo acoustic work under the name 'Bobbie Peru' in 2006 and then teamed up with local musical talents, Ding (PJ Harvey/The Fall/Frank Black) on bass and the mysterious Dr.
