The Blowtops hit the Buffalo, New York scene in 1998 like a tidal wave of white noise. Scaring everyone out of many establishments by shear aggression and volume. They released their first 7","Voodoo Alley" on Big Neck Records which brought them instant acclaim. The original four piece consisted of a mix of two bands. Odie from The Baseball Furies played drums, Andy Beiter from The Headknockers played bass, Aaron Adduci from The Backstabbers and Headknockers, guitar, and finally "Creepy Dave".
