From the ashes of 2 different bands from the late 90's blister band was formed in 2005.they performed in different venues like rustans mall,purple haze,mayrics,club dredd hedd,6underground,kolumn,viramall,gateway..etc.they participated and joined in the 2006 cinemalaya best pic winner tulad ng dati..they performed kabataan the theme song of the first youth gathering held in bicol written by their guitarist john atento.kabataan become a sk themesong in san juan and baguio in the recent sk election.
