
Blas Antonio Bosqued, also known in contemporary sources as Blosquet or Bosquet (Jaca, 8 December 1727 – Jaca, 14 November 1799), was a Spanish composer and long-serving maestro de capilla whose career is inseparably linked with the Cathedral of Jaca. Born into a working family, he entered the cathedral’s music chapel as an infante on 16 October 1739, together with his younger brother Gabriel, and received a complete musical and general education within the institution
