About Blaer
BLAER wurde 2012 gegründet und vereint fünf aktive Vertreter des jungen Schweizer Jazz. Maja Nydegger am Klavier, Nils Fischer und Claudio von Arx an Bassklarinette und Saxophon, Simon Iten am Kontrabass und Philippe Ducommun am Schlagzeug. Während eines halbjährigen Aufenthalts in Dänemark, komponierte Maja Nydegger 2012 die Musik für das erste Album, welches die Band zwei Jahre später beim Berner Label Morpheus Records veröffentlichte.
