About Black Static Line
Black Static Line is a Nashville, TN-based band that plays symphonic, slow tempo music. Beginning as a noise project in 2002, with a revolving cast of members, BSL has evolved into its present trio format, with Cole Street on guitar and vocals, Matt Swanson on bass, and Matt Bach on drums. On their first and current release Every Vibrating Body, the band draws from its noisy past to create an atmospheric soundtrack that layers spacious yet dense guitar and vocal melodies over walking basslines and sparse drum rhythms.
