Biscuits For Brisbane were a lousy band featuring Kevin J. O'Neill Jr., The Mangler, The Corgan, and Daniel Lawson. They formed in 1994? and played in the Northern NY area where they played a lot of bad cover songs and even worse originals. Wrote the epic power pop tunes "Translucent" and "Overlap" and the experimental "Mr. Greene"
