One day, last.fm user riazor just had a crazy idea: 'I'm going to start an electronic music project, and I will get fame and money and all the hot chicks on earth will love me!' He got on his computer and created 'Bibulous Congruence'. But, after his first song, 'Drowning Man', turned out to be really bad, he lost his dreams. Since that day he's in 'Nijmegen', a famous mental hospital with over 150,000 inhabitants.
