Bernhard Klingenstein (born 1545 in Peiting (probably); died 1. March 1614 in Augsburg) was a German composer and cathedral conductor at Augsburg Cathedral. Bernhard Klingenstein worked as a schoolmaster at the Frauenkirche in Munich. From 1575 he worked as a cathedral vicar and conductor at Augsburg Cathedral. In addition, he worked as Kapellmeister at the Jesuit Church of St. Salvator. Around 1579/1580 he was still a pupil of Johannes de Cleve, who was then in Augsburg.
