The premise of the film being that all the bears on the earth were deemed un-suitable to continue to roam free and therefore must be imprisoned in a floating satellite jail out in space. The bears eventually unite and a massive riot breaks out, much to the dilemma of the Bear Jail guards who are not fighting for their lives.
