Bartolomeo Bruolo (also known as Bartolomeo Brollo) is a little-documented fifteenth-century composer whose music survives chiefly in manuscript sources. His name is attached to a handful of polyphonic songs—among them Entrepris suis, the rondeau J’ai grant desir, and other titles such as O caelestial lume agli ochi mei and Pulchra speciosa et decora—as well as a Gloria (Et in terra pax) transmitted within the same circle of repertory.
