
Barry Saunders is a New Zealand musician and songwriter. Co-founder and leader of The Warratahs since 1985, Saunders formed his first band, Orange, to play the Christchurch club circuit in early 1970. He joined the re-formed Wellington band Rockinghorse in 1977, followed in 1979 by The Tigers. Alongside his work with The Warratahs, Saunders has released several solo albums.
