About Baragwin
Founded in 2016, Baragwin (from Bara and Gwin meaning bread and wine in Breton) is based in the Bellechasse region on the south shore of Quebec City. Inspired by the terroir but shaped by the richness of our modern culture, Baragwin's music awakens in us this visceral desire to celebrate. The Bellechassoise formation wishes to propagate the classics of folklore in its own way, but above all seeks to perpetuate a traditional corpus of original songs, unknown or still too little sung.
