About Bára Basiková
Barbara „Bára“ Basiková (* February 17 1963) is a Czech singer. Bára started her career in 1980s, first as a backup singer and later as lead singer of Martin Němec's band Precedens. With Precedens, she also released her debut album, Doba Ledová. In the same year she joined Michal Pavlíček's group Stromboli. Her first solo album (self-titled) was released in 1991. Later in the 1990s, her and Martin Němec started very succesful Basic Beat, they released two studio albums and one live album.
