متولد روستای گلیان از توابع شهر شیروان، مرحوم گلافروز از بخشیهای بنام و صاحب سبک در منطقه بود و در گذشته در مجالس بسیاری دعوت میشد او یکی از تاثیر گذارترین نوازندگان منطقهی شیروان محسوب میشود تا حدی که امروزه بسیاری از نوازندگان در حین اجراء، آهنگها را با یاد حمراه آغاز میکنند.
