The name “Baby Lemonade” comes from a track on Syd Barrett’s album Barrett. There are two bands called Baby Lemonade: (1) The U.S. Baby Lemonade formed in 1992 in Los Angeles. They are contemporaries of the Wondermints and The Negro Problem, and consist of guitarists Rusty Squeezebox and Mike Randle, bassist Dave Chapple, and drummer David Green. They have released three albums of southern-Californian power pop, but are also known for touring with Arthur Lee for many years as the last line-up of his band Love.
