About Ave Maria Overdrive
Ave Maria Overdrive were born in Zurich, Switzerland in 2016, as the creative brainchild of Caccia Schiacciatore (Guitar, Synths, and Drums) and Captain Bitrage (Bass, Synths, and Drums), an artistic child which suffers from severe Attention Deficit Disorder and musical Tourette’s syndrome. The group was conceived by the two musicians after years of abortive attempts at finding a creative outlet for their musically adventurous ideas, an enterprise which dates as far back as 1994, when they first formed a band together.
