About Autumn Cathedral
Autumn Cathedral started in 1986 in the San Francisco bay area, founded by Clay Kenyon (vocals/keyboards), Scott Martinez (bass/backing vocals) and Elyssa Pon (guitars). Mark Baldwin (drums) was added shortly thereafter, and recording and gigging began in earnest. Robert Mowry Riddle IV (keyboards) joined in 1988 (of NADA) and recording began shortly thereafter on Autumn Cathedral's first and only album, "Asleep Within Waves". The album on Vinyl, Cassette and CD was released in 1989, and was supported by a tour of the western United States.
