Initially Jim Gilmore, Paul O'Neill and Donal McCann practiced as a three piece without a singer. The well-known local teddy boy “Big Bear' took the band under his wing and introduced them to Eddie Johnson, who became their singer. They recorded numerous demos throughout their career and in 1987 they appeared alongside Stalag 17 and Toxic Waste on the split LP We Will Be Free.
