Astro Samurai is an indie r&b group based in Chicago, Illinois. Most members met and trained at Roosevelt University’s jazz program. The group initially began as a backing band for Chicago rapper Drunken Monkey. The group consists of Aaron Day, Reuben Garza, Hayden Ashley, Ben Dillinger and Thair Thompson.
