
Aslan Dudar is an Adygean (Circassian) folk musician born and brought up in Nalchick, capital of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic. His grandfather, Hauti Dudarov, studied music at the Leningrad Conservatory and was a a famous circassian native language writer, journalist, one of the founders of satire and humour in the Kabardian literature. Aslan has chosen musical path, having graduated from Kabardino-Balkarian Art School, majoring in folk instruments, namely, harmonica and accordeon.
