Ash Shields is an author and musician hailing from Auckland, New Zealand. He plays an eclectic collection of music, ranging from folk to experimental post-rock to electronic things. Ash Shields plays in The Sound of Her Wings, is Open Eyes, and is involved with Dyaltov. He has released a single EP, The August Pair, which he calls "non-representative" of "his work", and is currently working on another folk album, a post-rock EP, and is starting collaboration with Dyaltov.
