About Arun Sood
Arun Sood is a Scottish-Indian musician (and writer and academic) born in Aberdeen to a West-Highland Mother and a Punjabi father. Having lived in Glasgow, Amsterdam, DC, he now resides in South Devon where he is Lecturer in English at the University of Plymouth. He describes his music as "musical tapestries made up of field-recordings, guitars, accordion, chanter, piano, spoken word and programmed synths". His debut album, "Searching Erskine", was released in a limited edition in 2022.
