About Artstart
Artstart is a Filipino pop/soul band formed by former Side A drummer Mar Dizon and guitarist Pido (Pido Lalimarmo). The band also featured Ella Mae Saison, but she left the band few months into debuting with them to launch her very successful solo album with Viva Records. This made her a household name dubbing her as Philippines' original QUEEN OF SOUL. Gina Respall became their female lead singer whose vocals are in the album released by Polycosmic Records in 1993.
