
Art Rosenbaum (born Arthur Spark Rosenbaum in in Ogdensberg, NY, on 6 December 1938; died 4 September 2022) was an American musician, and folklorist, and an artist and latterly art professor at the University of Georgia. He won a Grammy award in 2008 for Best Historical Album, for his music collection Art Of Field Recording Volume I: Fifty Years Of Traditional American Music Documented By Art Rosenbaum. His folk music field work in the South and Midwest of the USA resulted in over 14 documentary recordings
