Formerly known as 'BVNSHEE'. 3) An organisation of artists and writers from the Philippines: ARMAS (Artista at Manunulat ng Sambayanan / Artists and Writers of the People) is the cultural arm of the National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) which is led by the Communist Party of the Philippines.
