Montreal-based Ensemble Arion is a baroque orchestra performing on period instruments. Ensemble Arion was founded in 1981 by flautist Claire Guimond (also the Ensemble's artistic director), violinist Chantal Rémillard, gambist Betsy MacMillan and harpsichordist Hank Knox.
