
Archie Fisher MBE (born in Glasgow on 23 October 1939; died 1 November 2025) was a Scottish folk singer remembered as a member of the The Fisher Family, a group of respected traditional and contemporary folk-singers. In 2006, he was awarded an MBE in the New Year Honours for services to traditional Scottish music. He presented BBC Radio Scotland's Travelling Folk programme from 1983 to 2010. His sisters Ray Fisher (born 26 November 1940; died 31 August 2011) was also a singer, as is younger sister Cilla Fisher.
