Korero is a Cook Islands pop/folk music album written by Vereara Maeva with the help of Teariki Monga. It was recorded at Studio O Teura, Papa Joe's Beach, Arorangi, Rarotonga, Cook Islands in 1997. Patrick T. Ariki plays lead and rhythm guitar, Puati Mataroa on drums and Monga Maeva on Ukelele with all three singing. Joining them is Albert Nicholas on bass, singer Petua Meti and special artist Mathew Wichman on keyboards. The album is sung entirely in the Cook Islands Māori language.
