Anxiety Affliction is an electropop/neon pop punk music project containing electronic elements started in 2023 by YouTuber and musician Grayson DeLong. Anxiety Affliction released their debut EP "Just Say The Word" on December 25th, 2023. On February 17th, 2024, Anxiety Affliction's self titled debut album released. On March 24th, 2024, DeLong made a post on SpaceHey Blogs announcing that the next album, simply titled "aa", would have a much less alternative rock sound and more of a 2000's electropop sound
