An uprising artist in the dynamic Vietnamese pop scene, Chu is noted for his impressive vocal range of 6 octaves. Chu's style is generally inspired by pop divas such as Mariah Carey and Hồ Quỳnh Hương. Born Anh Duc Chu in Saigon, 1995, he started his career as a Facebook-recording artist at the age of 20 by sharing his records from home studio to critics like b-factors, Andy Tran and Andrew Gilmore. He remains unsigned and does not believe that mainstream record labels would be able to appreciate his talent.
