About Andy Thorn
Andy Thorn is an American banjo player, singer, and songwriter from Boulder, CO, who is a member of Leftover Salmon. Thorn had a viral tune in 2021. The video made headlines around the world. He recorded the tune as "Aesop Mountain”, along with 14 other banjo instrumentals. The resulting album was released as “Songs of the Sunrise Fox". His band features Erik Deutsch (Black Crowes) on piano, Greg Garrison (Leftover Salmon) on bass, and Windfield champ Tyler Grant on guitar.
