Andy Nyoman is a bedroom-recording artist with no particularly fixed abode in the UK. Born in Germany, in the city that granted Adolf Hitler German citizenship, on 30 May 1985, he shares his birthday with Stephen Malkmus. That's not to say they have joint parties or anything. He began to play rudimentary guitar at the age of 20, with the hop of emulating some of his musical heroes (the aforementioned Mr. Malkmus, Owen Pallett, Kevin Barnes, James Murphy, Bradford Cox, Isaac Brock, David Byrne, Elliott Smith, Mike Patton, etc.).
