Andy Macintyre & his band, "The Primal Groove"are a Blues/Rock power trio from the "Live Music Capital of The World", Austin, Texas. Andy is gathering a tremendous buzz around Texas where his band has been in high demand. Andy's intense guitar playing, soulful voice and songwriting has led him to become a fixture of the Texas blues scene. 2010 looks to find his band expanding into more of the U.S. states and Europe. Growing up in Chicago, Andy honed his musical tastes and style on the acoustic and electric guitar.
